Fee Schedule

Initial visit: $275; Follow-up visits: $140-$250 depending on services provided.

Note: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; cancellations within 24 hrs. are subject to a $120 fee which will be charged to the card used to hold the appointment.

Billing and Insurance

We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

We are “out of network” for all insurance companies. This means that you’ll pay for your appointment out of pocket at the time of service. We’ll provide coded receipts (a.k.a. superbills) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, but it’s your responsibility to verify what your insurance covers.
