If you have already had an initial consultation with your provider, please log into your OnPatient Portal account and book your appointments there. (This is the same place where you have retrieved your invoices.)

Appointment Changes and Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy; any appointment changes within 24 hrs. are subject to a $120 fee which will be charged to the card we have on file.
